Shoot with Enemy to Fashion

or this week's shoot I got to have some fun transforming a friend's apartment living room into a studio and put my styling skills to use by creating several military-inspired looks. A neutral color palette with splashes of bright and faded red brought this androgynous ensemble to life, while Addie (model) channeled her inner tomboy (and might I say) successfully proved girls can be badasses too. Friends over at Enemy to Fashion brilliantly design and rework these classic Americana pieces from products found at flea markets, estate sales and even junk piles in a uniquely modern way. They even have some pieces that have been reinvented from parachute silk (like the  olive green jacket and skirt featured below). Cool, right? I particularly think their black 'Enemy' sweater and one-of-a-kind carpet bag need to befriend my closet.
